The Alake and Paramount Ruler of Egbaland, Oba Adedotun Gbadebo has called on sons and daughters of Egbaland to give back to the public especially the less privileged ones among them.
Oba Gbadebo made the call in Abeokuta while receiving the Executive of the Dipeolu Descendants Foundation at the Ake Palace.
The Alake noted that the legacies of the forebears of such descendants shall survive many generations.

Speaking on behalf of the Dipeolu Foundation, the Chief Bunmi Dipeolu told the Alake that they were in the Palace to thank the Alake for his invaluable support for the Foundation.
Chief Bunmi disclosed that the Dipeolu Foundation had embarked on provision of a befitting accommodation block for the Lepers Colony inmates in Iberekodo, Abeokuta.
He assured the Alake that the Foundation would continue to cherish Alake’s invaluable advice, which he said, had largely been responsible for its many successes.
