Association of Egba market men and women endorse Senator Ibikunle Amosun for Ogun Central Senatorial District

The Egba Zone of the Market Women and Men Association of Ogun State on Thursday 7 February 2019 endorsed Senator Ibikunle Amosun as Senator for the Ogun Central Senatorial District in the forthcoming General Elections

The President of the Egba Market Women and Men, Chief Oluwakemi Oloyede, disclosed this at an Award Ceremony for the Governor and his spouse, Moremi Olufunso Amosun at a rally in Ake Abeokuta today.

Chief Kemi Oloyede told Governor Amosun that his administration had performed best since the creation of Ogun State.

She explained that Amosun touched many aspects of Market Women and Men since 2015 and that Mrs Amosun had been most supportive of the Economic development of Market Women and Men in Ogun State and Egbaland in particular.

The Ogun Central Senatorial District Candidate of the APC, Senator Ibikunle Amosun, said he and his wife appreciate the recognition of the Group.

Senator Amosun explained that his administration had been fair to all parts of Ogun State adding that Abeokuta, being the State Capital, should be a place every Ogun indigene should be proud of.

He pointed out that structural developments were evident in every part of the State, and therefore appealed to all, to ensure that they collected their PVCs within the next 24 hours.

He further enjoined the Egbas as well as all Ogun state indigenes to come out and vote massively for President Muhammad Buhari so as to bring about massive development in Ogun State.

The Oniro of Iro, Oba Nojeem Aromaye, represented the Alake at the occasion, while the Olu-Itori, Oba AbdulFatai Akamo, represented the Progressive Obas of Ogun State among others.
