Breaking: Minimum Wage Act: NLC Pickets NASS


Reports from the Federal Capital Territory , FCT, Abuja said members of the Nigeria Labour Congress, numbering over one thousand are about now picketing the National Assembly.

The gathering was meant to protest alleged plans by the National Assembly to amend the national minimum wage act.

NLC President, Ayuba Wabba is leading the protest as they bore placards with inscriptions like “On National Minimum Wage We Stand” , No To Minimum Wage on Concurrent List, “Yes To Minimum Wage on Exclusive List.”
