The Yusuf Adejojo Foundation has taken a bold step towards complementing governments effort in curtailing the spread of the dreaded coronavirus disease especially at the grassroots.
The foundation led by its chairman, Honorable Yusuf Adejojo was at different communities that made up Abeokuta South Constituency 1, including Ijaiye, Ake, and Asero where thousands of quality hand sanitizers where distributed freely to residents.
Aside from the free hand sanitizers, the foundation equally shared food items freely to the Elderly, the young and other residents.
Chairman of the foundation, Honorable Yusuf Adejojo while speaking during the event educated the residents on ways to avoid contracting the virus.

He encouraged them to imbibe personal hygiene as an important way of preventing pandemic.
Honorable Adejojo called on residents to wash hands regularly, embrace social distancing, discouraged hand shaking, hugging and be prompt at reporting any form of sickness at the nearest health facility.
The Foundation also enlightened the residents on the dangers of the pandemic and the need to pay attention to warnings from governments and health officials on the dos and don’ts during this challenging period.
Highlights of the event was the demonstration of beneficial use of the hand sanitizers. Residents were equally told to avoid panick and remain calm as government is doing its best to safeguard its citizens.
