Police in Ado-Odo/Ota Local Government has called for supports from relevant stakeholders to fish out any form of criminality in the area.
The newly deployed Divisional Police Officer to Sango-Ota, Mr. Idiah Godwin made this Statement in a chat with journalists in his Officer at Sango-Ota, saying he is meeting with Community leaders and stakeholders who are familiar with the nooks and crannies of the area, to assist Police with necessary information to help deal with crimes in the area.
“I am ready to work with all the security agencies to reduce crime to the barest minimum. Crime rate in Ogun State is relatively low compare to South-East that I am coming from but even at that, we will not relent on our efforts to ensure adequate security of lives and property”, the D. P. O said.
Idiah added that his office was always open for anyone ready to assist Police Officers in carrying out their statutory functions, imploring residents to support the Police in the provision of information to make them sleep with their two eyes closed.
He assured residents in the area that all hands are on desk to ensure maximum security, urging them to be law abiding at all times.
