“Disregard Fresh Lockdown Rumours,” Presidential Task Force Urges Nigerians

The Presidential Task Force on COVID 19, Says There Is Plan For Another Lockdown Now.
Dr Sani Aliyu, National Coordinator of the Presidential Task Force on Covid-19, confirmed this in a video released on Thursday.
The Coordinator urged Nigerians to disregard the news that there would be a fresh lock-down in the country.

Dr Sani Aliyu roundly condemned the fake news adding that the Federal Government was aware of the economic impacts of a fresh lock-down and would not embark on a fresh lock-down.

He therefore urged Nigerians to fully comply with all Covid-19 protocols as the country was still battling the second wave of covid-19.
