EHDC Facilitates Synergy Between New Housing Ltd And Alake On A 3.5bn USD Project in Egbaland

The Egbaland Humanitarian and Development Council (EHDC), has facilitated a working relationship between the Alake and Paramount Ruler of Egbaland, Oba Adedotun Aremu Gbadebo, and New Housing Limited, on the development of a 3.5billion dollar project known as Ogun Green Smart City, in Egbaland.




In a statement made by the Director General of the EHDC, Aare Jide Taiwo, on Friday, the project which is the first of its type in Nigeria, is to be developed within Obafemi Owode Local Government area of Ogun State.

Aare Jide Taiwo had led the executives of the New Housing Limited, namely Otunba Femmy Carrena, the Executive Vice Chairman, and the Managing Director, Mr Tunde Aina, to the Ake Palace, on Friday morning, to discuss the new development with the Egba Apex Monarch.

Mr Tunde Aina, MD of New Housing Ltd, the Alake and Paramount Ruler of Egbaland, Oba Adedotun Aremu Gbadebo, and Otunba Femmy Carrena, the Executive Vice Chairman of New Housing Ltd.

The DG, who is also the Bagbaje of Egbaland, said that the Ogun Green Smart City is a Federal and State Government approved infrastructural Development, funded by a foreign investor.

Recall that Newsflagship reported EHDC’s Free Eye Tests, Screening and Cataract removal Surgeries for 30 beneficiaries, who are Egba Senior Citizens some weeks ago.

The Egbaland Humanitarian Development Council (EHDC), is an organisation known for her Humanitarian contributions in Egbaland with an arm for Development of Egbaland.

The Association also has an arm for development with focus on attracting infrastructural and educational development to Egbaland.

Also present at the meeting was the Chairman of Egbaland Humanitarian and Development Council, High Chief Bode Mustapha; Osi of Egbaland.
