Ekerin Ijaye, Alias Baba Mi Is Demised At 96: To Be Buried Today, Monday, 2nd Of May, 2022.

A foremost Ijaye Chief and Businessman, Chief AbdulFatai Babalola, is dead.

He was aged 96.

Until his demise, Chief AbdulFatai Babalola was a member of the Ijaye Traditional Council, representing the Adebakin Section of Ijaye Kurunmi.

A statement by the Secretary of the Ijaye Traditional Chiefs and the Dagunja of Ijaye, Chief Kamilu Abolade, quoting family sources, disclosed that, the nonagerian died on Sunday evening around 8pm.

Chief Kamilu Abolade further said that the late Chief AbdulFatai Babalola, would be laid to rest at his residence, Idiape, Ijaye Abeokuta at 4pm today, Monday 2nd of May, 2022.
