Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun has commiserated with the family of the Ogun State Chief Judge, Hon. Justice Mosunmola Dipeolu, on the sudden demise of her immediate younger brother, Enitan Dipeolu, who died at the age of 59 years.
Speaking at a condolence visit to the Chief Judge’s residence in Abeokuta, Governor Abiodun, represented by the Secretary to the Ogun State Government, Mr Olatokunbo Talabi, said the visit was to console and identify with the deceased family on the irreparable loss, noting that there was need to always appreciate God for everything in life, amidst all odds.
“We give thanks to God Almighty for the life and times of the deceased and we take solace in the fact that the departed lived a worthy life, and he is surely resting with the Lord”, he said.
The Governor prayed that God should keep the family members together in these trying times and grant them their heart desires to fulfil their destiny in life.
Extolling the virtues of her late brother, Hon Justice Dipeolu said her brother was a humble, principled individual, with a large heart, hinting that the deceased died in the hospital, after a brief illness.
Responding on behalf of the family, the youngest sibling, Deinde Dipeolu, appreciated the State Government for the visit, saying his elder brother would be sorely missed by the family
Solicitor-General of the State, Mrs. Yetunde Oresanya, prayed for the repose of the deceased and the family at large.
Other State Government functionaries present included, the Ogun State Head of Service, Engr.’Lanre Bisiriyu, Chief of Staff to the Governor, Alh.Shuaib Salis, among others.
