“Hon Isiaka Is Best Choice As The First Aare Asoludero Of Egbaland” – Alake


The Alake and Paramount Ruler of Egbaland has been speaking on the tremendous and consistent efforts of Hon Ibrahim Ayokunle Isiaka, Member, House of Representatives, Ifo/Ewekoro Federal Constituency, in ensuring a more developed and peaceful Egbaland, especially through many means, including the Ecological Fund, and the Egba Nation was therefore pleased in honoring him as he the first Aare Asoludero of Egbaland.

Oba Gbadebo made the statement while installing Hon Isiaka as the first Aare Asoludero of Egbaland, and his wife, Alhaja Muyibat Ayodeji Isiaka, as the Erelu Aare Asoludero of Egbaland, on Friday, 19th of November, 2021, at the Ake Palace, Abeokuta.

The Egba Apex Monarch also stated that the new Egba High Chief whose motto is, ‘Easy Life,’ is a best choice for the post, considering his background and laudable achievements, as well as contributions to the development of his immediate communities with many people oriented projects and enduring processes

Alake also charged the new Aare Asoludero of Egbaland not to relent in his selfless and humane services to Egbaland and Nigeria in general, adding that he had been a source of pride to the Egba as well as the entire Nation.

Oba Gbadebo further prayed that the Almighty God would give him more strengths to continue to do greater things in Egbaland and beyond.

In his response, Chief (Hon) Ibrahim Ayokunle Isiaka, the new Aare Asoludero of Egbaland, thanked the Alake for the honour bestowed on him and his family.

Chief (Hon) Isiaka also commended the unique leadership style of the Egba Apex Monarch, adding that his reign in the past 16 years had brought a total turnaround to Egbaland in terms of development.

He further pledged to uphold the qualities that attracted the honour to him and his wife, adding that he would continue to serve the people of Egbaland and Nigeria with sincerity and love.

Chief Isiaka appreciated the Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun, MFR, for his all inclusive administration in the State.

He also thanked the Ogun Deputy Governor, Engr Mrs Noimot Salako Oyedele, Hon Femi Gbajabiamila, Speaker, House of Representatives, Oba Fatai Akamo, the Olu of Itori; the Agura of Gbagura, Oba Babajide Bakre, as well as other Egba and Ogun State leaders for their love and support.

Among the eminent personalities present included Hon Femi Gbajabiamila, Speaker, House of Representatives; Engr Noimot Salako Oyedele, Ogun Deputy Governor; Oba Saburee Babajide Bakre, Agura of Gbagura; Oba Fatai Akorede Akamo, the Olu of Itori; Olu of Siun, Oba Lawrence Odeyinka; Oba Adekunle Sulaiman, Olofin of Isheri; Oba Michael Aderounmu, the Onijale of Ijale Papa; Oba Kolawole Sowemimo, the Olu of Owode Egba, Olu Afowowa, Oba Umar Hamzat, and many others.
