The former Governor of Ogun State, Otunba Gbenga Daniel has expressed what he described as utmost love, respect, and mutual understanding with the Alake and Paramount Ruler of Egbaland, Oba Adedotun Gbadebo CFR.
Former Governor Gbenga Daniel disclosed this at a reception organized for the Alake and Paramount Ruler of Egbaland.
Otunba Gbenga Daniel said that he had always respected the traditional institution especially the Egba, where he had his secondary school education as well as grew up as a youth
Speaking further, Otunba Gbenga Daniel disclosed that he had known the Egba Monarch as his senior a mentor at the Baptist Boys High School, Abeokuta, adding that he would never depart from such exalted position he had put Oba Adedotun Gbadebo
The former Governor noted that his relationship with the Alake and the Egba indigenes in general will continue to wax stronger
He also disclosed that he had deliberately invested in a capital business in Abeokuta in appreciation of his respect and love for Egbaland adding that he would continue to do so
