Pastor Adeboye Declares That Abeokuta Shall Be Free of Barrenness


The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, RCCG, Pastor Enoch Adeboye, has declared that Abeokuta, the Ogun State Capital, would not experience Barrenness from now and in the new year.

The General Overseer of the RCCG, gave prayer and prediction while holding the annual RCCG Christmas Eve Service at the MKO Abiola Stadium Abeokuta, last Friday, December 24th, 2021.

Preaching on the theme, “Jesus Is The Door,” the Christian Iconic Leader, said that, all the names Jesus called Himself, had meaningful and spiritual salvation for those who believed and repose their faith in Him.

Pastor Adeboye pointed out that, the Door, the Truth, the Light, the Way and His other Names……were all towards total Salvation of man.

The man of God recalled some instances where the Miracle Names of Jesus effectively delivered the Salvation.

The instances including among others;

The woman of the flowing mensis, passed through the Door of Jesus.

Peter had to go through Jesus before he could catch many fishes.

The General Overseer explained that the MKO Abiola Stadium Gathering was in line with Christ saying that, wherever two or three people were gathered in His Name, he’s with them.

Pastor Adeboye therefore concluded that, since many people were gathered at the MKO Abiola Stadium, including the Egba Paramount Ruler, Oba Adedotun Gbadebo, all residents,owners of businesses, students, and government officers and officials, Shall No Longer Experience Barrenness.

He prayed that barrenness shall be a thing of the pass.

In her speech, the first lady of Ogun State, Mrs Bamidele Abiodun admonished everyone to share love among one another and spread the words of God.

Mrs Bamidele added that, Christmas celebration was meant for everyone, to find means to unite one another, even amid misunderstanding and disagreement

She noted that Jesus Christ was born into the world to save the world, adding that whoever believed in him shall be set free.

She called on everyone to forgo any acts of iniquities that lingered around them and moved towards Christ, because he’s the only salvation to reckon with.

She disclosed that, the only thing that could keep everyone united was love, affection and peace keeping.

Alake and Paramount Ruler of Egbaland, Oba Adedotun Aremu Gbadebo, was present at the occasion.

Alake’s entourage to the occasion were, Balogun of Egbaland, Chief Sikirullahi Atobatele, Baaroyin of Egbaland, Chief Layi Labode.
