Segun Odegbami urges Muslims to Work like a good Football Team to Achieve the Best in Life and Hereafter

ABEOKUTA- The former Captain of the Nigerian Football Team, the Super Eagles, Chief Olusegun Odegbami, has urged Muslims to sustain their emulation of the Holy Prophet Ibrahim in undiluted faith and patience.

Chief Segun Odegbami who made the call in  his Sallah message to Muslims said that Prophet Ibrahim never wavered in patience his  total belief in Allah.

Chief Segun Odegbami, who is also the Tayese of Ago-Oko, Abeokuta,  also   noted that Muslims in Ogun State had been living, working and sharing things together from time immemorial in spite of  their diversity.

The football super star urged Muslims to sustain the unity and cohesion that had made their togetherness like that of a football team without which no success could be achieved.

The Tayese of Ago-Oko  noted that there were many things that bound all faiths and people of Ogun State together and these included ability to differentiate between the good and the ugly, which the ace footballer said shall forever make the people natural leaders.
