Women Can Give More To The Society, If They Are Given Adequate Support- Nawair-ud-deen Society Of Nigeria; Chairperson


The National Chairperson, Nawair-ud-deen Society of Nigeria, Alhaja Muiyibat Folashade Aderibidesi, has called out to leaders to give women the opportunity and more support to serve the great religious society, so as to enable them to contribute to its development.

Alhaja Aderibidesi made this known in an interview with the Newsflagship Correspondent, during the courtesy call of the Nawair-ud-deen Society of Nigeria at the Ake Palace on Friday, 18th of March, 2022.

She restated that, when women were given more support, it would develop their interest to serve their respective communities, which would affect the progress of the society positively with the support they received from their leaders.

Speaking further, she noted that women had always been supportive to the society and if they were given more opportunity, they would add more value to its growth

She however appreciated the privilege given to the women, regarding the Nawair-ud-deen Society of Nigeria’s 27th Triennial Conference, adding that, it had been supported by the leaders of the society that, the next conference should contain 60% of women to enable them to do more and give more to the society.

Alhaja Aderibidesi therefore disclosed that, their coming to the Ake Palace was to seek the Alake and Paramount Ruler of Egbaland’s blessings before they started the 27th Triennial Conference of the Nawair-ud-deen Society of Nigeria, adding that, the courtesy call was a way of bringing together leaders of the society from all the branches both in Nigeria and overseas to discuss the progress of the society.
