WORKERS, PUBLIC TO BENEFIT FROM PRINCE COURT ESTATE – HOUSING COMMISSIONER

Ogun State government says the newly constructed Prince Court Estate is specifically designed to take care of the housing need of Civil Servants, while the second phase of the Estate would accommodate the general public.

Commissioner for Housing, Jagunmolu Akande Omoniyi, who stated this while featuring on a programme, highlighted activities of his Ministry in the last one year, saying the Prince Dapo Abiodun’s administration would continue to provide affordable housing for all, as the Governor has approved the sales of landed properties to workers willing to build on their own under the Site and Service Land Scheme (SSLS), with flexible payment plan within the span of a year.

While assuring that the Prince Court Estate would be delivered to successful applicants by September 2020, Omoniyi listed locations for SSLS to include; Ayetoro, Ilaro, Ibese, Itori, Ota, Kobape, Ijebu-Epe, Sagamu, Oru-Ago Iwoye and Osiele.
